About Our Home Inspection Company

G.E.T. Home Inspections, LLC is a locally owned and operated business serving the South Florida region.

Owner and founder of G.E.T. Home Inspections, LLC, Thomas Gelske, is a veteran of the United States Airforce where he served as a dedicated crew chief inspecting F15 tactical aircraft. Thomas graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Geoscience and proceeded to spend 7 years working in the environmental field as a project geologist where he performed Phase I and II site inspections, along with various inspections related to water and air quality.

Thomas received his home inspector training from American Home Inspectors Training Institute, LTD, the leader in home inspection training across the United States and Canada.

Completed 120 hours of Florida's pre-licensing requirements.

AHIT Certified

Minimum of 24 hours per year of continuing education per NACHI standards

Computer generated reports with digital photos within 24 hours. Most reports will be emailed directly to you that evening. I believe it takes more than just a few minutes after the inspection to put together a professional report.

We have completed many different types of inspections. Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning system and plumbing. We will notify the client of any item that is noted. We provide quality color photos with every inspection. You will understand every item by the time we are finished.
